“Providing a place for women with cancer to heal: mind, body and soul speaks to me in an honest and genuine way. While a part of women has cancer, the whole person is embraced at Mary’s Place. Love is here in all forms. I am humbled to be a part of this mission.."
Felicia Levine is the Director of Development and Donor Relations at Mary’s Place by the Sea. She has a strong personal connection to the mission of Mary’s Place by the Sea as, when she was young, her parents had taken in another child whose birth mother was dying of lung cancer. Their act of compassion expanded their family to include eight children, but also influenced Felicia to join Mary’s Place by the Sea, years later, to work on behalf of women with cancer. With extensive experience in both the for-profit and non-profit realms, Felicia uses her expertise in data and systems analysis, project management, grant writing as well as bereavement ministry in her role at Mary’s Place by the Sea. She holds a Master’s degrees in Communication and Information Studies as well as in Pastoral Ministry.
