About the Class: Our yoga sessions are structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Sessions focus on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Various breathing techniques and guided imagery may be used to increase relaxation. All guests are invited to attend and modifications are offered to meet the comfort level of those practicing.

About the Practitioner: Dina came to yoga in 2000 with the idea of prep for pregnancy and childbirth. She enjoyed its challenges and calming effects and has continued the practice ever since. It was only after breast cancer diagnosis and treatment that Dina took the leap into instructor training which she completed at Evenflow Yoga in Fair Haven, NJ. A personal goal is to share yoga with other survivors because yoga is for everybody!
