About the Class: This gentle form of yoga is practiced while seated in a chair or using a chair for stability during standing poses. Sessions focus on improving balance, relieving stress, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and strength. All guests are invited to attend and modifications are offered to meet the comfort level of those practicing.
