About the Practitioner: Cheryl has been sharing her love of teaching yoga for over 18 years. She has been teaching at Rutgers University for 16 years, both students, faculty and alumni. Her background is Iyengar & Anusara inspired. She puts a lot of emphasis on alignment and form to prevent injury. The breath plays a major role taking people into much deeper poses and allowing for relaxation from tightness that we may hold. Her favorite practices are restorative and yin as we can move into these shapes the rest of our lives and gain so many benefits for our body, mind and spirit.
