About the Class: Our yoga sessions are structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Sessions focus on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Various breathing techniques and guided imagery may be used to increase relaxation. All guests are invited to attend and modifications are offered to meet the comfort level of those practicing.

About the Practitioner: Meghan is a 245 hour RYT with a 200-hour training in Vinyasa Yoga, as well as a 45-hour Yoga4Cancer certification. Outside of yoga, Meghan works in clinical operations at a functional medicine clinic and is currently applying to medical school, where she hopes to bring her love and passion for holistic and alternative healing modalities to her career as a physician!
