About the Class: What is mindfulness meditation? Explore the foundations of mindfulness meditation. Practice mindfulness of the breath, body, emotions, self-compassion and loving-kindness. Open to those who are beginning or experienced in meditation. Isabel’s class begins with about 15 minutes of breathing and seated movement, followed by 15 minutes of a body scan and ending with 15 minutes of meditation.

We welcome guests for a maximum of two overnight retreats (one per year) while in guidelines.  Day retreats are limited to three per year while in guidelines.
