Women’s Energy Wellness Qigong for Breast Health w/ Cynthia Part Three
October 27 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Women’s Energy Wellness Qigong for Breast Health
Explore gentle Qigong practices and holistic wisdom to support your body, ease stress, and
nurture breast health—so you can feel more balanced, energized, and empowered.
Over three sessions, you’ll learn seven Wu Ming Qigong movements traditionally practiced to
support energy flow and breast health. You’ll also explore simple, supportive ways to bring
greater balance and wellbeing into your daily life.
Qigong is a mind-body practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and focused attention.
In traditional Chinese medicine, it is practiced to balance Qi, encourage its free and harmonious
flow, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.
Session 3 — Building a Sustainable Self-Care Practice
Review and guided practice of all seven movements, with suggestions for creating a manageable
home practice and incorporating Qigong into an ongoing self-care routine.
About Cynthia:
Cynthia Revesz is a wellness practitioner, educator, and speaker with over eighteen years of
experience supporting mind-body wellbeing. Formerly a New York attorney, she followed a deeper
calling toward healing and consciousness-based work.
Her work today brings together integrative wellness, mind-body practices, and women’s health.
She partners with healthcare organizations, community organizations, and other groups to offer
practical, experiential programs that support stress reduction, self-care, and resilience. She also
serves as a Wellness Instructor with Northwell Health’s Center for Wellness and Integrative
Medicine.
Cynthia has a particular focus on Women’s Energy Wellness, including breast health, stress
resilience, and the menopausal transition. Her programs integrate gentle, accessible practices—
including qigong, breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation—with principles of Chinese
medicine and an understanding of the connection between mind, body, and wellbeing.
At the heart of her work is creating calm, grounded spaces where people can step out of the
constant demands of daily life, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater clarity, balance,
and inner steadiness.
