Join Clare Freda for an informative and calming session exploring the Benefits of Facial Reflexology, a gentle complementary therapy that uses targeted pressure points on the face to support overall wellness. Whether you’re new to reflexology or looking to deepen your self-care practice, this session offers simple, effective techniques to support your well-being.

During this session, Clare will guide participants through the fundamentals of facial reflexology and its potential to promote:

Deep relaxation and stress relief by activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural “rest and digest” mode.

Release of facial tension, helping to ease discomfort from headaches, jaw pain, or muscle tightness.

Emotional balance and improved mood through calming touch that may reduce anxiety and restore a sense of inner calm.

About the practitioner: Clare Freda became certified in reflexology in October of 2017 as a way to give back to our guests. Clare enjoys helping our guests feel a little better during their retreat.

*Guests are encouraged to have their favorite night cream nearby!
