About SoulCollage:
SoulCollage® is an intuitive, creative process for self-discovery and personal growth,
where individuals create personalized 5”x8” collage cards using images from
magazines, books, or photos. Developed by Seena Frost, this soul-tending practice
uses intuition rather than artistic skill to explore and help connect with your inner
wisdom, intuition, and creativity, providing you with a process for personal growth,
healing, transformation, and spiritual growth.
To support the creation of your cards, please have the following materials:
- Any old magazines, picture books, and/or catalogues that you may have around.
- Your local library can be a great resource for magazines.
- Two 5×7 or 5×8 cards made from heavy card stock
- A pair of scissors
- A glue stick
- A journal or paper to write on
- And, a curious mind
